Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory to ensure quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability for nights/weekends (20-30 hours/week)
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
