Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies; update inventory records
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and material handling equipment
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces including racking and staging areas
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak processing periods
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning digital tools
- Valid New York State driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to Brooklyn industrial area
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
