Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in a climate-controlled facility
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining OSHA safety standards
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and labeling incoming shipments
- Contribute to 5S workplace organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology systems
- Valid state-issued ID and reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and occasional weekends
- Forklift certification a plus but not required (training available)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
