Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
