Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Receive and process incoming shipments with quality checks
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
