Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with zero-error accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to industrial corridor location
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
