Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in quarterly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid California driver's license for equipment operation training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly, including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
