Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments with attention to detail
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones including racking and floor space
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification training provided)
