Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Unload and sort incoming shipments; verify inventory against packing lists
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to FIFO protocols
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and material handling equipment
- Conduct routine cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
