Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Support cycle counts and warehouse organization initiatives
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and optimizing storage layouts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
