Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect and prepare items for safe shipping and handling
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Maintain clean and compliant warehouse workspace
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings
- Valid government-issued ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Mandela Parkway location
