Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Background check and drug screen required
- Flexible availability for weekday/weekend shifts
