Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanners and RF guns
- Receive incoming inventory, verify shipments, and update warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanning
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
