Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision and speed
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic cleaning and organization
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our North Austin facility
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
