Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hire), and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counting activities.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
