Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with barcode scanners.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
