Job Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and physical stamina will directly impact our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain warehouse standards.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, or holidays as required.
