- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Assist in cycle counts and quality control inspections
- Document warehouse activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled warehouse)
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if untrained
