Your Mission:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders to ensure 100% accuracy and meet daily shipping targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload delivery trucks and organize stock in the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a clean background check.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
