Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and correctly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
