Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities against purchase orders, and perform basic stock counts.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area (5S standards) to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before storage or shipping and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on concrete floors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
