Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming merchandise in designated areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license may be required for some roles.
