Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment in organized zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and safe warehouse conditions per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to Arlington facility
