Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate handheld RF scanners to scan barcodes and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform daily quality assurance checks on products and packaging.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and work instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
- Must be available for flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
