Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but preferred for some roles).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
