What You Will Do:
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse space.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workflow and inventory needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
