Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Organize inventory, maintain accurate stock counts, and ensure proper storage of goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
