Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area organized, clean, and safe for all personnel.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
