Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks and shipping containers.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise on pallets or shelves.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of shipments for domestic and international shipping.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments (warehouses can be hot or cold).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn handheld scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Valid government-issued ID for employment verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
