Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Sort and inspect incoming merchandise for damage or discrepancies.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving dock operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for weighing and pricing items correctly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen (background check is waived).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
