Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package customer orders to ensure timely and safe delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safe Practices: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
