Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying inbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and commitment to team safety standards
