Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts and stockroom organization.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track product movement and data entry.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one within 30 days).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
