Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for discrepancies and damages.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital warehouse management system.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
- Take advantage of voluntary overtime opportunities during peak operational hours.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte, NC facility.
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends, with willingness to take on overtime.
