Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counting procedures
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours and overtime shifts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support inventory audits and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts (4-6 days/week)
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to work overtime as operational demands require
- Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
- Forklift certification a plus but not required (training available)
