Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and staging freight
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and inventory awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable standing/walking 6-8 hours per shift
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift operation training provided)
