Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and outgoing orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory records through WMS systems
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment
- Pack and label products according to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas Driver's License preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
