Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized warehouse space through systematic stocking and rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for overtime
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Forklift certification a plus but not required (training provided)
