Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety practices
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with barcode scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow FIFO inventory protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete necessary documentation and reporting in our WMS system
- Participate in safety training and emergency drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
