Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license preferred; forklift certification a bonus
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime shifts
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience highly valued
