Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety regulations
- Inspect and organize inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining product integrity
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety standards
- Complete daily inventory reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F (-18°C to 4°C)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
