Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and shipments with high accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and inventory goals.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts when business needs require it.
