Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using our digital tracking system
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work zones
- Collaborate with supervisors via remote scheduling tools to optimize shift availability
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Support cross-functional teams during peak demand periods with overtime flexibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for remote scheduling software
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends with overtime
- Valid state ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
