Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and conveyances, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor and pack them for shipment to meet daily KPIs.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
