Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
