Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the storage area.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace to maintain safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Assist in quality control by inspecting products for damage before shipping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
