Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure inventory integrity and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Certification (Class A or B) or be willing to obtain one within 30 days.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
