As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in our daily fulfillment process, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Replenish stock and organize inventory bins to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
