Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in assigned zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and labeling incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends (if needed)
