Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management to prevent shortages.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including standing for long periods and navigating warehouse floors.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
